Would love to play some Fallout 3 again for steam~

I wasnt sure how to word it in the title, but I just started a new game and every few seconds the screen will fade to black and theres a noise that sounds like vomiting followed by the sounds of a feral ghoul, and I have no idea what is causing this, and I cant seem to find this problem elsewhere. I dont know if its a mod problem, I dont remember any of the mods I installed having this as a possible effect? This is a list of my mods if that helps. If anyone can help I would be so happy.

Heya im kinda new to the modding scene and my game keeps CTD at random, I have the papyrus log for the crash but no idea how to read it, can anyone help?
