Thank you for your response (Kudos) I don't believe it's Mal-ware But i have just noticed that when the system protection is enabled "IE" "Back up files" That's when this problem starts I've just Stopped this program & that seem to have resolved this issue ( I would strongly urge people to consider doing this though as it is the Back up on your computer!, But i Personally have chosen this method.

Recently I've had CTD problems initially i thought it might be a conflict of Mods!
