@LachDonin, funny you say that because the animations and "new races," was what set me off. Your gonna make a new race and that race is gonna be an "attractive" transvestite, and all the unique lore friendly races are pages down when you sort by endorsements, which used to be how to find good mods. @Suucat, exactly why do you enjoy immersing yourself in an awesome RPG fantasy to f*#@ing pee on people or get raped, and if your not referring to those mods than I agree with you, you jackass. An entire generation that can't read an entire headline and plays video games to get raped, we millennials have doomed the future but its okay because were always right.

Rabbit bro, I posted this to start a discussion, sorry to offend I really am, but every single one of you has missed my point ,all the modders who make the mods Im griping about are awesomely talented and should do whatever they want to do. If you read the very first phrase was "it is of my opinion," they should spend their time doing something more worthwhile for themselves. And if their not going to why don't they? If your not going to atleast chime on the subject than I dont really get what your trying to say or prove or whatever that was.

You obviously missed my entire point and obviously don't even remotely fit the category of people I'm griping about. Also my intent was not to offend anyone(not that that's possible in the age of political correctness). I'm not saying hey stop, I'm really wondering why and I use a lot of realism mods myself that's nowhere near what Im talking about, I'm not saying their not realistic at all there weirdly realistic. Most importantly I was just ranting and being from a family not easily offended I truly did not think it was possible to get offended on the internet when not reading the news so I am sorry. You said you were a 40 yr old mother, I would not imagine someone withe that description to be "fapping" to game content, but I can tell you most sex mods and nude women mods are being used by young men who I bet are'nt mariied, and trust me my generation is much much stupider than yours however you guys raised us.(Im a 25 yr old.) Im not offended by their content or think its obscene they get used, I just dont get when your that talented why thats what you think to do, I also know how to ignore things. It is my opinion that with the vast amount of creative content you find, with how well made some mods are people spend their existence making animated prostitution or peeing mods that are shockingly well-made(To be fair Ive only seen videos). My point is not to just rant but to point out that if all the people making animated pornography, made actual content for the game how amazing the game would be. For example if there was as many combat mods as there was for bouncing boobs and havok earing ect., the combat would ... f*** i dont even know Not to be a complete jerk but every single time I see a cool mod I think about wow why are these people more creative than those who made the game, whenever I see a nude or sex related mod I truly have a hard time seeing how they not only spent the time to make it but they wanted to, its just graphics go watch porn or find real women. The reason I made this out to mod players as well is because while making a mod for animated prostituion is the essence of stupidity, 47,000 endorsements. So stop asking yourself why all games suck now, people with talent aparently got bored of real women some how. Oh Yeah, and on Fallout they have f*#@ing rape mods, where you can be raped or rape others. What the f*#@ guys?

I started modding Vegas, and I'm blown away with the quality of mods I've seen. My question however is, are there any mods that add something akin to the book system in elder scrolls in the sense of learning more about the fallout world, past and present etc. (Doesn't have to be books) Now I understand Fallout isn't without these qualities, I was just wondering if there were any mods to enhance it, but not unrelated additions something that actually builds off whats supposed to be happening in the fallout universe.
