+1 Yes! Like darkmagician585 said, it's also weird you can still use boost packs when they're invisible and the pack reappears for 5 seconds and poof, gone again. All seems pointless. Just keep them visible.

Just bumping to keep this topic relevant. I too am waiting for 3rd person before buying. I've never been a fan of 1st person because of the limitations of the character's peripheral vision.
