the empire will set back and let high rock's king get murdered or over thrown? will their be a political system determining whether the empire help or hinder your ambitions?

i have already thought this through. if i had the know how i would do this myself. the dragon born dlc has rieklings that can throw spears and if some one could take that animation, allow the player to preform it, and tie it to the archery tree. the spears will be on your back like an arrow, and a glove or hand guard will be the object that propels the spears threw the air just as a bow does.

when ever i summon a flame atronach i get a familiar on fire then in 3 seconds it blows up i have turned off my mods and tried it again and it persists i don't care for a solution its really funny i have a hp laptop and tried to figure out how to record this funny glitch. if i posted this in the wrong catagory i am sure a moderater (i know i have spelled words wrong) would move this to the apropiate catagory does any one know how to record videos i triedand just got audio.

does the expeiriance (spelled wrong :wallbash: ) change?
