  1. thank you for this information, has helped on the setup for the unique items but now i'm Stuck on the next part. making it so once all of them are in place that it will open a door. Would you by any chance know of a way to implement them to do this?
  2. I'am hoping someone can help me with this as I'm finding no luck for it. In the mod I'am currently building i'm hoping to have a stand similar to how the dragon priest masks work to open up and reveal Konahrik Mask, but instead i wish to make my own area/altar that will use instead of masks, swords to be placed and it will reveal a prize/new weapon or open a hidden door. anyone who can help with how to script it or implementation of how the masks work i would be appreciative.

After many years of searching and looking through hundreds of mods i'm still struggling to find this any where The ability to write my own journal in-game like you can with the dragonborn journal but when you have finished writing it you can put it on a self (for later reading in your library) or sell it and then start a new one by means of making or buying/finding a blank book the only one i have found that was closeto this was player journal a pancake tale - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36069/? but its riddled with bugs and is heavily out dated. all other journal mods are written in-game but you cannot drop nor shelve nor sell it and start anew. if anyone has the skill to build this i'm not the only person who would appreciate it thank you for taking the time to read this
  4. hello After much searching of the web trying to find the way of doing this and every method I've found so far has not worked for my mod I'm trying to find the script and method of spawning enemies into an arena via a pull chain or button, but as I've said all ways i have found seem to fail. this is the script I have been editing and messing with. Scriptname SpawnChainSCR Extends ObjectReference import game import debug ActorBase property myNPC auto ObjectReference property SpawnPlace auto Event OnActivate(ObjectReference akActionRef) SpawnPlace.PlaceActorAtMe(myNPC, x) EndEvent i have put all the information in the right places and the script succeeded yet when i press the chain it spawns nothing, i have tried linking to and from the xmarker (also tried xmarkerheading) to the chain with no luck. any help would be grateful as I'm fully stumped with this.

  6. managed to get around it by setting the explosion art data and radius, works a charm now, plus i have already done the bow but needed the ammo as i have multiple enemies that require unique weapons, may also test out that script for the next part of my project. many thanks
  7. I'am building a mod and iv'e run into a snag, using the magic effects system to make a weapon capable of hurting a certain npc through keywords i'e melee weapon. That i have managed to do but I'm trying to put the same thing onto an arrow which has been brain aching. Iv'e tried the darkfox tutorial on enchanted arrows to see if adding an enchanted explosion to the arrow but that has bared no fruit as it still does nothing but the base arrow damage and not the amount of damage i have set against my created npc or any npc. I've messed with different keywords, "Haskeyword" "creature" and tried "GetisRace" "mudcrab" and tried with different races and variations but no luck. any ideas on how to make this work would be helpful.

I'am having this issue :( i duplicate a vanilla cell and when loaded using the mod i've made parts of the walls and floors do not show they just become invisible and you can see into the blank nothing. If I duplicate a small cell then it usually has no problem but if it is a large cell then i get problems. for instance i duplicated kagrunzel01 (the dwemer ruin with the orb and flipping floor trap) after i have then linked it to the world via load door and enter the first part of the dungeon is normal till you go down the hole, half way down parts of that tunnel dissapear then when you hit the water at the bottom half of the main chamber is missing and you can see beyond the confines of the cell, currently building a mod and need to rectify this ASAP help anyone?

  11. This is a shout out to anyone who can create armours from scratch and wishes to take on this idea for me.   12. hello to anyone who reads this, i have building a mod or samurai Vs ninja but am having a trouble finding anyone who has made a conical hat or conical straw hat. i've come across several mods that include them within their designs but im looking for a standalone and the is not one. my preferred style would be the black leather conical for my mod as it would suit best with my ideas. any help would be good but please dont link to mods that fill the game with recipes as ive tried them all and not avail.
  13. one thing i was a little disappointed with skyrim in the early stages and also now in its later stages is that you almost get executed on the block then there is only one simulated execution when you first get to solitude. every mod i find is about executioner clothes and weapons but what about a mod that makes regular executions happen maybe daily? or one where you become the executioner for a gaining gold? immersion is key to a good game such as this... Food for thought
  14. After much thought and hundreds of hours playing i always got bored with large sums of gold in my pocket and wanted to give a little something back to my companions for their services. I was hoping to find on the nexus a mod that allows you to give a sum of gold to your follower which they then will sandbox around town going from shop to shop buying things and maybe a stop in the inn for all immersions sake, then when you summon your follower again after X amount of time (would be good if it was dialogue commanded say for u.f.o/a.f.t *place follower mod here* for the giving of gold) they have purchased new weapons or armour or both plus potions and food from their given gold. Hopefully someone will pick this up as i would even sponsor the idea. Many thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully will spur a creative mind into action.
  15. @gerandirr i have already got fighting words, my plan was to make a mod to coincide with JanusForbeares fighting words as an alternative way to start a brawl @maleel thanks for the info iv'e tried to implement that npc in but still unable to get the correct dialogue working... still needing more.
  16. heya all iv'e been trying for a few weeks now to locate the actual identity of the mysterious nord/redguard/ orc who insults you in the form of calling you a milk drinker for the purpose of learning his npc number. i wanted to design a mod that will eventually add them into each tavern so at least you have a way to initiate a brawl in way that other mods do not. it would seem that having someone else talk to you and start the brawl dialogue would be so much more satisfying to beat in than when you walk up and initiate dialogue yourself. i managed to find the nord in falkreath and have had a look at said characters number and it turns out it is a random that won't show in creation kit i.e ff000dc1 which is his code. if anyone could shed some light on either getting that specific npc to be placed or which setup of npc is required to allow the "milk drinker" dialogue to happen would be appreciated and i then can continue my work on this fun idea.
  17. i was wondering if anyone has come across a mod that makes npcs in cities and towns more aggressive? say for instance you were in a tavern and someone called you a milk drinker and it gives you the prompt for a fight or have factions annoyed for your actions towards them so they come after you? any help would be appreciated and cheers for taking the time to read this.
