Whenever I try to open Nexus Mod Manager it doesn't launch. I've shutdown my computer multiple times as an attempt to get it to run, any ideas?

I recently got into modding Fallout New Vegas and wanted to install a mod where there is a new radio station that plays Marty Robbins "Big iron" on loop, but to my surprise, IT DOESN'T EXIST! I was dumbfounded, Big iron is the fan favorite song from the in game radio station and it doesn't have its own mod?! There's a mod for Johnny Guitar Radio, which is a song that is disliked by many, but no Big Iron Radio? Modders explain yourself! Maybe I'm too stupid to find one if it exists, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I don't know anything about modding but Id imagine that this would be relatively easy to make, and I'm sure plenty of people would download this. I'm sorry if i came off as rude or entitled, but this is genuinely surprising. If a mod like this is out there already and I just couldn't find it, please let me know.

I know little to nothing about how game files/ mods work. But I love New Vegas with a passion, I very much want to play the popular bounty hunters mod (I don't know the exact name), and use the project Nevada overhaul. The thing is, neither of them work for me!!!! Whenever i try to play with the bounty hunter mod installed, my game crashes just as sson as it launches! And project Nevada wont install! If there are any kind couriers out there willing to assist a tech illiterate fallout fan please help!
