So far what i have experienced is similar to yours but i just ended up remaking some of the parks. Majority of my Kaledonic mods are causing my game to crash at the moment. There doesnt seem to be a definitive answer to your question at this moment, that i have found at least. I'd say give em a day or two to update their mods. But i would assume, whatever you have built in place of said removed mod. Would stay there, since it is removed. I would also try to make several save files of what you have placed, that way when this is fixed, you can load that previous save with said mods. If that makes sense.
