  1. Hi Torok Have you managed to restore everything correctly after you formatted? I have the same problem now and I really would kill myself if I loose everything(again). I went on the steam page, the one posted by digitaltraker here above, and it seems extremely complicated. Is it? What should I do, in layman' s terms, to fully backup and restore my game after formatting? Thank you
  2. I could have written this, well... if my English was better. I have exactly the same here. I have tried everything people suggested without luck. My system is a little better(a part from the graphic card) but it doesn't seem to make any difference, 9/23 fps. with an i7 six cores, 16 gbs ram, and gtx 660 2gbs. Solid state HD. Nobody got back to you, which is not very encouraging for me right now. Did you give up? Or you swapped your system with a computer from NASA? Could you or would you tell me something nice please? The fact that I spent a great deal of money to play Skyrim in 3d and having to give up really makes me feel stupid, and also makes me wanna cry. I could have gone to holidays instead.
  3. It can't be a Downguard issue because I don't have Downguard but I am experiencing the same problem. Actually the first warning is the same but the second, when I get one, is different. Last three times I didn't get a second warning, it just crashed after pressing "ignore".
  4. Why can't I start a new topic?
  5. Hi everybody I desperately need your help. I am having a panic attack. I created my own mod, just an extra basement for breezehome. Once tested several times i ran it, filled it with ALL my stuff, ALL my armors, weapons, ingots, jewels, basically a HUGE amount of stuff i have collected in two month of intense gameplay. My mod was working fine apart from my pet's dialogues(a troll) which were a little buggy, reason why I followed someone's tutorial claiming to fix this. Basically by generating an SEQ file. After doing this I opened my skyrim again and I immediately realizing that there was something wrong with the plugins. Basically Beezehome Bath area was messing up with my basement or vice versa. Not too bad I thought. So i started skyrim again and changed the plug in order. Well, a message pooped up saying: "This save relies on contents that are no longer present, some objects may no longer be available. Continue anyway?" I clicked yes and... in my basement ALL my items were gone. ALL of it!!! Basically everything I have collected in two months of skyrim gameplay. A LOT OF STUFF. EVERYTHING I HAD. Right. I desperately tried to remember the plugins order so that i could "restore" the original situation and get my items back. Nothing worked. It's all gone, but how is that possible? All my older savings, of course, are corrupted and the same line keeps coming when i start the game. I don't understand, what's changed? As far as i know the Skyrim.esm file can not be overwritten so that one must be identical to what it was before. The only files that contains your "data" are the saving files, am I correct? but if i open the last working saves now they don't contain my items anymore. I really don't get it. Is it steam? Storing my\our files online and winning against the savings I have on my pc? I don't understand. Please people, I really need someone to help me because I am truly sad. I can't really accept to loose ALL my stuff. My apologies for writing so much. How can I bring things back as they were yesterday? Please help me.
