If this started happening after the update you may just have to wait for mod updates to fix things. If not, it could be an incompatible body mod. If your using hyst EBB I think he added some additional mod requirements a bit ago. I missed them the first time around and it messed up some things for me. Hope you figure it out.

Not sure. I have tons of clothing mods installed without issue. That being said i once tried to buy them all so they would show up in my wardrobe options and I only got about 50% through them all and my game kept crashing. So I think there is probly a limit depending on how beefy your system is. Best answer i could give.

They work for me. Currently have 3 different ones installed and they work perfectly. There are one or two I've tried that do not seem to show up for me but they are few and far between.

I'd say first go into steam and have it validate your Cyberpunk 2077 files. You do this by right clicking on your game in the library > properties > click installed files tab > click "verify integrity of game files." Let it run and it will repair anything missing which could be causing your crash. Also make sure your mods are up to date. If that does not work I'd say you need to delete all your mods, uninstall the game, and do a completely clean install.

Can't say if it's the same for you, but the underwear remover mod linked below by Sorrow446 is the one that caused that issue for me. I also hear that Immersive First Person mods can also cause that, but they work perfectly fine for me. If you have the below on your mod list try removing it and see if that fixes it.
