I use a 250GB Harddisk in my internet-pc. But all the others are 1,0 or 1,5TB - one of the reasons is the price-performance ratio.

But big HDDs cause big problems - I mean it's difficult for backups even with a bluray-writer (the only solution is to use HDDs to backup HDDs hehe).
