EE is a free open source bridge simulator game and one of the users there was asking about adding ME ships to the game. EE accepts standard OBJ mesh files and image textures. I was wondering is anyone here had already extracted ME ship meshes and textures and ideally save/converted them to OBJ format. I did a little homework and looked at the various articles and tools out there, but most of it went over my head. And, those that didn't seemed to require some pro level 3D modelling tools.
