Hey, can someone help me to set the min Movement Spedd to 0 when im overloaded? I can´t find any param in the rpg data. Thx and greetings

Hey boys and girls, is anyone here who knows how to give restrictions for using armor? In the armor params are requirements in the script but they did not work. I fill in some numbers (for example 15 str for high end armor) but the system give no punishment like it does for weapons. Can someone help me? Greetings
