Lets say I have an ESP with over 2,000 cell/worldspace references. I want to disable or delete them all, not remove them. Is there an easy automated way to do this? I have already tried TES5Edit Automation tools Broom script but it only manage to disable 200 of the references. I am aware you can write custom scripts for xEdit, but have no idea how to do that or where to start learning to do that. If someone could grant a quick mock-up of how that might be done, it would be immensely helpful. Any help would be appreciated!

Eeesh, very likely got put on a list somewhere at the NSA/CIA/FBI because of that. You really did not answer my question though. How did you space out that 30 to 40 hours of watching Aleppo celebration/Christmas/happy life footage, over days, weeks, months? That is quite a lot of time, the logistics of which seem relatively implausible. Just admit you said the first two random large numbers you could come up with for the sake of dramatic effect. Understanding the words is kind of important. Eva Bartlett visited a UN press conference on behalf of Assad's regime with the Syrian Mission to the UN alongside Syria's ambassador. Does not really get more eastern than that. Ms. Bartlett certainly does not work at nor for the U.N. if that was what you were hinting at. Also in my fourth link in my last reply it showed how the Syrian ambassador took part in similar propaganda with that very same Syrian mission to the UN, trying to spin how Assad soldiers were 'saving' people only to be discovered that the photo was doctored and the soldiers were actually Iraqi forces not even inside Syria. Super sketchy video from some random people with a pay pal link.

Cut rate journalism mixed with outright eastern propaganda from mystery sources supposedly inside Syria who are significantly more likely to be in a Russian office building where they hire people to publish this crap 24/7 en-masse. Other similar garbage revealed here. @Harbinge: Did you actually watch 30 to 40 hours of footage related to this? I cannot even fathom the logistics of that, was this over months, all at once, how did you space this out?

If you had read the source that I provided you would see that it is the testimony of both private sector experts in cyber forensics who had been tracking the Russian intelligence group for a year that ended up being responsible for the breach in security and the official opinion of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security after their investigations. If you think this is over for movements against racism, prejudice and sexism in the U.S. you are sorely mistaken. Exactly, the stakes are higher. As opposed to starting one because someone made fun of his tiny hands or the fact that he wants to have sex with his daughter? Yea, that is much better, excuse me "bigly" better. And what are you even talking about? Who is starting a nuclear war over human rights? You are either conflating domestic issues I spoke of in relation to Trump with issues I spoke about on foreign policy or you think I am comparing the NSDAP to the United Russia Party on issues of domestic policy, which I was not. Just the ones accused of serial sexual assault. Bill Cosby 2020. You are unaware of issues on the world stage, Russia is a dictatorship, their elections are just a formality, a loyalty test to said dictator, detractors are monitored and have a habit of disappearing and dying regularly, media is state run and never says or does anything negative towards Putin or else. I was comparing the actions of the primary aggressor in a world war before that world war broke out to another aggressor on a global and national stage in present day. No comparison was drawn between the NSDAP and the Unite Russia Party's domestic situation. Before we go any further I want to gauge the level of your sanity so let me just clear something up real fast, you do know that neither you or I can do any of these things if we actually wanted to, right? Right, because Trump totally locked the educated vote. 1.) Oh, 2.) wait. Well yes, that is the very foundation of mercantilism, it is what the words means... I did not ask for the definition of a word that I used, I know it because I used it, I asked you for a great example of one, but you could not provide one and that is because there isn't one. So 'to start doing that again' do you mean the thing that has consistently proven itself to be a failure and has no example of an effective one? Sounds like a great idea. Your point is considered ceded. Because we are the strongest super power in the world and the leader of the free world, which is free because we have the strength to fend off the wolves. Do you really think that South Korea does not have it's own military? That Japan does not have it's own defense measures? If the fight between two nations is potentially even the chance of a conflict is greater, you prevent conflict in the first place by having superior force and through alliances, alliances not predicated on the basis of financial gain but on mutual security benefit by preventing global conflict. You act like the world is without aggressors, without lopsided rivalries. War for global domination has not stopped since World War 2, it just went cold and when fought in full it was done through proxies to avoid a nuclear conflict. Make no mistake that the intent and wish for many global sovereign entities to gobble up all of their neighbors is still there and if they are allowed to do so will build an entity we could not hope to challenge. "If they want peace, nations should avoid the pin-pricks that precede cannon shots." - Napoleon Bonaparte Right, because most people work for free, that is how economies work. Another example of how you really have no idea who you voted for. The amount of sexism and racism in the country was grossly underestimated indeed. Because trickle down economics worked so well? You are not going to fix the national debt by taxing the hell out of the top 1% but they can certainly pick up more slack than they have been. The typical wealthy individual does not invest finances to create jobs, they invest them when it is fairly guaranteed they will earn money, jobs are not really factored into it. If they can automate it, they do it, if a computer does it better or is cheaper or faster, they do it, no f*#@s are ever given. And a lot of them will always choose to build overseas due to factors we do not and will not ever control, like near slave labor wages in India and China that would turn away even illegal immigrant laborers from Mexico. Donald Trump is a prime example of a tax dodging - employee swindling "rich" as you put it. Failed witch hunts from misogynistic dick-wads playing a political game against her without basis in reality. Trump on other hand has openly admitted to bribing politicians (a felony), asked a foreign power to use cyber warfare against a political opponent (a felony), refused to pay his employees on several occasions and ran a fake university that he is still being sued for. Right, because the Huffington post was the only news source to report on that and all the other allegations. Wow and you called me as having a small pulse on reality, do I really have to give you a U.S. history lesson? Damn, our education system does suck. Sorry man, Bernie Sanders is not the President, you have to pay for that. Fewer people voted for Trump than voted for Romney who by your own words is your first choice for an 'average politician' in 2012 and also fewer than Mccain in 2008. Furthermore in 2012 and 2008 there were fewer eligible voters, making the chance to beat out the last two race's candidate's numbers easier. Not to mention the fact that Clinton won the popular vote here in 2016. So much for your 'pulse' on reality and your 'populist' candidate. This has nothing to do with what I feel, it is what the President elect said and how that effects the minorities that I mentioned. So let me explain, there are facts and then there is what you feel, what you feel is not automatically a fact, like you for example might 'feel' that as Donald mentioned "illegal Mexicans immigrants are rapists" where as a fact would be that Mexican immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than those born here. The more you know. President Obama has deported more immigrants than any other president, if that is not necessity I do not know what is, and there is already a wall in place at the border for them to be installed. It is a logistics problem, it would take years to develop, potentially even longer than a presidential term and be expensive to develop, install and maintain across 1900 miles. Not exactly what was promised, which is just a load of impossible, impractical promises that solves nothing and they will still find a way in. You see, there is this thing called an ocean right by the border. That is how Hadrian's wall worked... what, did you think they tried to have people standing along it the whole way the whole time? It was only 73 miles long with forts every four miles or so and yet the super power still struggled to man it, we are talking about something 26 times greater in scope with more inhabited areas for it to cut through and harsher terrain in many locations along the border. Temporary jobs, back-breaking jobs, U.S. citizens have a tendency to stray away from that kind of work and leave it to other demographics, ones on the other side of the border. Not to mention it will cost tens of billions of dollars. So we need a wall to keep them in? Got it. This coming from a guy who cannot source or backup a single thing that he says with reputable facts. You did not even know that Japan and South Korea had their own militaries and yet you lecture about foreign policy and how to prevent global conflict, touting your intelligence and your joy from being condescending to others you deem 'dumb' on the internet. A masterpiece, sir, truly. All you have is the internet fan boi 'U MAD BRO' mentality, how original.

Russia helped get him elected, they wanted him to win and used cyber-warfare to aid their goals. What, should we just let the Russians make every decision so we don't anger them? The teenager in me wants to say you should grow some balls. Less hostility with Russia is not automatically a good thing, you oppose aggressive behavior early on the world-stage or it gets out of hand, something we learned from World War 2 when Hitler was allowed to gobble up the Rhineland, Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia and Austria prior to the start of World War 2 without so much as an eyebrow raised in his direction. And there are so many great economic examples of mercantilist nations? Diet homophobia, sweet deal. You mean, abandoning South Korea to North Korea (a nuclear power), Japan to China (a nuclear power) and Europe to Russia (a nuclear power)? Or perhaps him inquiring as to why we do not use nuclear weapons to resolve disputes? He is a demagogue and a rip off artist. Trump would not even pay the children that performed at his events, what a stand-up guy. Racism and sexism are not fresh U.S. politics, they are the politics from 50 years ago. She is an average politician, a far better choice than a racist, sexist and alleged serial rapist (one of which included a 13 year old). You mean the pulse of your friends? You mean the norm where African-Americans, Muslims and Hispanics were not called criminals, threatened with mass deportation and being banned from the country by their President? It is an impossible 1900 mile wall, that would have to cut through many privately owned properties and neighborhoods. And the idea of manning it is impractical as well, the Roman Empire could not fully man a 73 mile wall in Britain to keep Picts out and military service was compulsory. The labor and material costs alone for this illusory structure are astronomical, you think they are putting and maintaining electronics that do not even exist yet under and over it the entire way? All for stopping the dwindling illegal immigration on the border that stands a fair chance of just getting on a boat and coming in from the Canadian border. All of this in vain just to try and get rid of labor which a lot of businesses use to keep afloat, to fill the required number of employees needed to maintain their business that would otherwise remain vacant without it. But you hold fast to that old adage "dey terk urr jerbs!" A prime example of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Even your candidate has the vocabulary of a 5th grader. To quote the President elect, "SAD".

A Trump victory 'rekts' everyone and has consequences for everyone. You do not elect an internet comment section President and expect everything to be fine. lol wat And a wall would do what? Other than make shovel, ladder and rope manufacturing boom.

Right, because an individual who blows a gasket anytime someone makes a critical remark is great for not sparking wars. I mean, the last world war was certainly not started by a shouty, paranoid, self aggrandizing, hate spewing individual with bad hair for us to draw experience from for this situation. Any war that would involve U.S. and Russian ground troops and aircraft engaging one another on a large scale would lead to a global and eventually nuclear conflict. It is why the conflicts since world war 2 between major powers have been through proxies to prevent an escalation to a nuclear event.

He won because most people sat on their behinds election day. Who told you that, Donald Trump, the National Enquirer, random internet loon number 4? Humans are dumb-asses and it will be the end of our species, at this rate sooner rather than later. Hmm... You must be a Hillary supporter. Believe as you wish. Let's say she wasn't a murder. She was STILL associated with terrorists when she was younger. I LOATHE big mouth Trump. He's an asshat. Plain and simple. But, Hillary is just as bad. Both are wrong as the president. Bernie Sanders called it in the beginning also. So, go argue with him about it. Lol

So, my save files total to about 993MB (SKSE & ESS & BAK) I have been saving pretty frequently incase of crashing before an auto save. Do I just delete past saves or will that cause problems? How do I see script problems like what do I need to change/check. I've used Loot & TS5Edit ( not sure if I did properly but I got it to stop giving me notices in loot) I feel like the AI isnt really that different from vanilla besides Apachii hair, Faces, & the npc overhaul. As for the hyper threading Im not too informed on CPU thinks where exactly would I go to change this setting? Thanks! Here is one link to a guide on disabling hyper-threading, if it does not help other guides for your specific version of windows might be more useful. Identifying script problems is usually done on a mod by mod basis, look at your load order, identify script heavy mods or any mod with scripts and investigate their mod pages and commentaries to see if anyone is talking about issues. There are a number of well known bad script mods you should stay away from, some but not all are on a list here. Others not on that list off the top of my head: Also, I was talking about individual save size, particularly the ESS file, not the entire folder of saves, although a large amount of saves in that folder can cause game menu latency. You can delete as many saves as you are comfortable with, although you can simply back them up in another folder just in case. And what I meant by 'AI' was how NPC's think and make choices, (when to eat, sleep, go home or to a tavern etc etc), not hair additions or statistic or aesthetics changes and so on.

GTX 970 4gb vram. Which textures can I use 4k?
Darthsith replied to nulliferbones's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
thanks bud, I already have done this full installation of every mod on that page, but it doesn't explain to me which textures i can use at 4k and which should be 2k. i'm looking more for like. land : yes no armor: yes no buildings: yes no skin textures: yes no. just looking for some guidence The 'effects/particles' category is where you want to avoid having really large textures, things like dust, snow, falling leaves, magic effects, etc, etc. But also you want to avoid 4K on a lot of clutter types which might be used several times in a single cell, that will bog down cell transition, increase loading times and even strain ENBboost's memory extension and potentially lead to CTD. I have that exact card with a box overclock from Zotac (was on sale) and mostly use 2K textures for a number of the reasons above. Image quality increase rapidly degrades past 2K and VRAM footprint sky rockets, which even if it does not crash, still means longer load times and cell transitions (like the world space when it has load five more cells adjacent to you as you move). The world-cell to world-cell transition is key, as it is a no screen load screen that is preferably instantaneous, even a 1-2 second load time is a very noticeable 'stutter'. Your GPU has little to do with this particular performance issue, it is HD/SSD - RAM - CPU thing in that order versus that size of the textures in a five cell space. Also, having 4K everything on playable races can be problematic, especially with mods that increase the number of NPC's on screen at once, like Warzones, Immersive Patrols, Interesting NPC's etc, etc, as these characters are not made up of a single texture, but several for each body part, several on the body, several on the face, hands and so on, that adds up. Another thing to point out while the GTX 970 has 4 GB's of VRAM, 512 MB's of that is much, much slower than the rest due to hardware limitations... or deliberate dumbing down of the card to make you buy the GTX 980 which does not have that problem, it depends on who you ask. Something to keep in mind. Personally, I have not met a game yet it does not absolutely murder. -
Yea, he comes a bit too soon, I edited him to make him show up when you are closer to 90 in Destruction skill instead of I think it was 50 or so in ANY magical school, which can be Illusion, Restoration, Alteration, leaving you pretty much screwed if destruction is still at a novice level.

At a quick glance and by no means a complete look at your load order: Mods that contain scripts: Immersive Armors/Weapons Follower Commentary Overhaul Better Vampires (Not sure if this is script heavy, it might be) Run For Your Lives/When Vampires Attack (but these are done by Arthmoor the Bug Destroyer and is heavily supported so should be absolutely fine) AmazingFollowerTweaks (Might have bad scripting practices, could not, something to look into) MidasSkyrim (Has some complex script based spells that could bug out, or not) Dovahkiin prayer.esp Better Stealth AI for Followers.esp Dragon Soul Relinquishment Auto Unequip Ammo Mods that are script heavy: Dragon Combat Overhaul RND (I use it, but can bug out, script heavy, a small offender) Frostfall (I use it, but is script heavy, a small offender) Convenient Horses The above mods typically work fine on their own, but do weigh down the scripting process in the game. Some mods that might be problems: CivilWarOverhaul (Despite reports of it being stable, it is stable mostly through use of the debug commands with the in-game console... not my idea of stable, but to each their own) BirdsofSkyrim (Was this on the dangerous mods list?) Immersive NPC in the dark (Seems similar to Immersive NPC Detection, could contain bad scripting practices, cloaking scripts, save bloat, etc etc, worth a look into) WondersOfWeather (Kind of like footprints, IIRC, script heavy, other issues possibly, worth a look into) HitStop.esp (I never found it a good idea to add scripts to anything in combat, papyrus thinks slowly compared to the engine but has absolute no.1 priority, so the engine has 900 things to do and it can do them quickly, but it has to do a few other small things, or large things with scripts first with Papyrus before it can do any of those things it needs to do really fast in combat) DeadlySpellImpacts (Decreases the space between decals by a lot, that means a lot more decals can be on screen and at a higher VRAM signature, could cause FPS slow downs in fights with lots of mages, you can fix this by removing the ESP but keeping the textures, without ENBboost it can also cause CTD's in these circumstances due to hitting the memory cap the engine has.) Mods that are problems: Footprints (One of those mods with lots of endorsements that can cause problems) WetandCold (Same as footprints, it adds items to NPC's via scripts, which the engine considers to be the same as the player adding the item to that NPC, therefore that NPC is never unloaded from your save, this will build up with every NPC you meet just about, and there are a lot of NPCs, not every NPC in the game should be in your save file 100% of the time) Birds - Pretty sure one of those birds mods has some script based problems, can't remember which one Headtracking (aka Player Headtracking) (Constantly updates, bugs out a lot, no longer supported by author despite many problems, other bad stuff) NPCsUseAmmoAllBows (Minor issue, eventually friendly NPC's who fight with you enough with bows, like guards, soldiers and so on, will run out of ammo and never get more) Enhanced Blood Textures (Causes minor save game bloating, perfectly acceptable to some people, not me though, you can still use the loose textures and have no issues, do not use the ESP or the BSA if you find the save bloat unacceptable) BFSEffect (Bloats your save at a low level, cloaking scripts applied to anyone you hit with an offensive spell, if they die they get cleared from your save, if they live they stay in your save forever, so friendly fire even one time on any NPC and they are in your save forever. The scripts are also active mostly during combat which I never was fond of due to how the engine handles scripts) If you were wondering what the implications of Save Bloat are, anything from Script latency to CTD as the save file grows larger and larger (over 20 MB iirc do any problems potentially start).

Okay I finished cleaning out all those problematic mods (or getting the correct fixes), the problem seems to be significantly reduced according to my initial tests (I still have to grab that Script Latency Tester and give that a try, though). Figured it may still be useful to post my load order to see if there are any glaring issues. Note that I have CWO installed, if that's a huge problem I'll just remove it. Load order attached below. EDIT: Tried the script latency thing. Averages 60-70ms, but can have 'high' spikes of 90+ if moving around, even 100/200/300+ if loading in new exterior cells and at one point 1300+ when loading a few new cells in. I'm fairly certain you can ignore the spikes when a new cell is being loaded, that is normal, and when in a menu IIRC.

Now that I think about it, I want to say that the Immersive Factions/Mercenary ESP's I have were from really old versions of Immersive Patrols that the author no longer has on the IP page, if I remember right. Still work flawlessly, though... I wonder why he removed them. I did end up making a few generic re-spawning silver sword wielding fire-throwing monster hunters to my private overhaul, has a lot of ermm, stolen content in it, so I cannot upload it. I gave them a bunch of Witcher Armor/Clothes variations and the Rustic ESO Nord Armor at random intervals and a specific perk that reduces all damage received from undead/daedra/assorted monsters by half and amplifies offensive damage by 50% to them (which matches a lot perk add-ons I gave the Vigilants/Dawnguard to balance out new raw stat power given to monsters who would otherwise just steam roll them). They hunt the player while the player is in Werewolf form or Vampire lord form, but if you are a werewolf in human form or a regular vampire and you run across them in the world, usually near human settlements protecting villagers from trolls, they know what you are and attack you. Took me like 10 minutes, well plus 20 minutes for adding and making the Witcher armor look right by making sure all the faces/bodies/traits of the hunters were male with a weight of 100 to avoid the issues with those armors. Do not tell my boss any of this, though, teehee. Back to work.

Awake: The Rise of Mannimarco - coming this winter
Darthsith replied to Apollodown's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Right. Oregon's relayed statement from an unverified source with the terminology Delayed 'indefinitely' basically means 'cancelled', though, so ideally that was never actually said. -
Hmm, how would I go about disabling hyper-threading? Is that done via .ini tweaks? As I recently just added in a bunch of .ini tweaks like 'bUseMultiThreadedXXX=1' and they didn't seem to make a difference (I added them in wholesale, they were not in their by default and set to 0). Hyper threading would not be disabled anywhere in the game menu or it's INI files but on your system somewhere, there are a number of guides for it if you google 'disable hyper threading'. It is not that difficult from what I am told, I have never been sold on i7's soft cores, I was even reluctant to go quad-core for a long time and those were real cores, choosing instead the over-clocking of dual cores for older game compatibility, but that was awhile ago. Hey, so I played a bit more today and I was getting audio problems even though FPS was at 60 while the audio problems were going on. Some examples: some words/lines of characters general dialogue was getting cut short (i.e. it would cut out before they finished the line, or a word would seemingly be 'skipped over' in the line); audio was delayed in some instances (e.g. I would 'collect' three or four herbs near each other and the harvesting audio for all four would play at the same time half a second after I finished collecting them all). Is this script strain? Would it be useful to post my load order to perhaps isolate if it's any one mod causing it? Thanks again for your help, -Caesar. This is a classic example of script strain, the action of picking a flower runs a tiny script that adds an ingredient to your inventory IIRC, so sound being off typically means scripts are being processed slowly at that time. Examples where this might be normal or at least understandable might be on cell load, that is when you are running towards a flower and as soon as you get to it, the game unloads five cells behind you so that it can load the five cells in front of you just as you click to harvest the flower. The Script Latency Tester mod will tell you in milliseconds how long it takes for scripts to be processed, and the ideal ranges for them to be at in milliseconds (under 50ms and never peak above 100ms IIRC). But posting your load order might clarify things, there are a number of mods which are script heavy, moderate and slight, but have too many of any of them and you can run into problems, but one or two usually work fine unless they use bad modding practices in regards to scripts. Here is a list of mods to stay away from: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/dangerous_mods_masterlist

No, that's what's really strange! I'm not getting any of those issues you highlighted there, the game runs perfectly except for these intermittent 'skips' or 'hangups'. I don't know what it could be, but my 8-core CPU is not even being fully utilised (CPU1 runs at 70-100% usage and the other 7 run at ~20-30% usage). I don't think it's CPU/script strain. Might be some sort of GPU strain as, like I said, these are FPS spikes that happen to correlate with VRAM usage dropping, but I don't know why this is, what's causing it or how I could stop this if that's even the source of the problem. The game's engine has trouble utilizing multiple cores, it drops off drastically after the third core (the number of cores Xbox 360 and the PS3 had). Personally I still use a quad core without hyper threading because most of the games I play are older and the thing still rips through more modern titles no problem. The game's engine actually has a huge drop off after the first core as well in regards to further core utilization, in fact the engine can be strained/pushed to it's breaking point and not go above 25% cpu usage on a lot of higher end systems due to being poorly optimized. The game was made back when developers were still dragging their feet on making their games multi-core optimized, sufficing for multi-core compatibility, which is not the same thing. Another thing to note is that the i7-6700k is a four core processor with an additional four soft cores, or software based cores which are significantly slower than hard(ware) cores and the game cannot tell the difference between the two of them due to it's age. You can disable this feature called 'hyper-threading' and see if it helps any.

If I remember right, RLO/ELFX + SMIM + HighRes textures can equal significant FPS drop in certain locations due to complex meshes meeting complex lighting meeting complex textures. It might not be your problem in exteriors though, I believe that was mostly an interior issue, like in the Companions basement being fairly problematic due to that perfect storm above. Is it just an FPS issue or do you get problems with sheathing (audio being off, character animation being delayed), or NPC's jittering, skidding (no legs moving) across the ground, or animals in combat just standing there like an idiot or animals flying really high in the air and falling dead or dragons instantly dying? These are classic signs of script/cpu/engine strain. Otherwise your minimum FPS being 45 is not really that horrible, my minimum is around 40+ in crowded exterior areas in combat and I suffer no major problems. The engine is old I should point out, and no matter how futuristic or modern your build is, it can only do so much with old console based software.

I have just about the same system but an intel core i5 4690 (basically the same as the 4670 IIRC just a different heat spreader) and a GTX 970 AMP Extreme Core something or other which has like 50 higher core clock etc, etc. My Skyrim installation is 32 gigabytes (vanilla was like... 6 gigabytes on release I think), lots of 2K textures, new armors, weapons and so on. NPC Addition based mods such as Immersive Patrols, SkyTest Animals and Predators, 3DNPC/Interesting NPCs, Inconsequential NPCs, Populated this and that series by Erkeil, etc etc. The game runs smoothly, 40+ FPS, load times are a bit high I will say, somewhat of a side effect of enbBoost, which prevents crashing due to a 3.2 GB total RAM usage limit (physical and visual) that Skyrim's engine has. Well, enbBoost and having a 32 gigabyte Skyrim installation cause the long load times haha. There is the occasional stutter when new cells are loaded/unloaded in the worldspace due to large textures being loaded and more NPC's being managed. I did get problems with animals and water glitches when I installed Warzones on top of all these other mods, though this was before the update where he said he fixed all of that, but I think I just pushed the engine too far with the accumulation of so many mods and that extremely large one just put it over the top. I will point out that I have an SSD, which does help with load times, so keep that in mind with aforementioned long load times, which will be further increased if you do not have one yourself. I do not use ENB's graphical components so I cannot give you feedback on that, I just never liked it. Every feature other than the stability fixes more or less just makes things brighter, which I found out hilariously as I turned each one on and off/up and down, major face palm moment, not worth the performance loss in my opinion. Not to mention if any of the 200+ texture mods you installed are not ENB friendly, prepare to see any number of really dark or really bright textures all over the place. The main thing with mods is not to get dangerous mods, there are a number of them with quite a few endorsements and downloads which have significant problems, some of which only show themselves late in the game. Here is a link to a list of mods to stay away from: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/dangerous_mods_masterlist Outside of that, anything that says it needs the brawl bug patch should probably be avoided, but that might just be me.

It would be good to know what you have to work with budget wise exactly. 300-500 dollars for example will build a machine that will run it smoothly plus a few mods. Fallout 4 for all it's next gen-ness is still built to be playable on console technology which has to be first and foremost low energy consumption so it can play without catching fire while sitting on a carpet, so it is easy to build a PC that can match the technology. Just as a fun fact, they made a big to do about Fallout 4 absolutely needing 8 Gigs of Ram to play, not the case, decent CPU (intel 4690) and GPU (GTX 970) with just 4 Gigs physical ram murders it with +mods +mods +mods (textures mostly), was kind of a hilarious test. That being sad, ram should be cheap enough not to have 8 gigs, I was simply suspicious of the claim. GR1993 made some good points about transferring re-usable parts from your existing PC, like your monitor/case and so on, which will definitely save you a few bucks. You would be surprised how much a case can cost.
