There is a recent fix for it available in a bundle that fixes a lot more besides: SSE Engine Fixes(SKSE64 Plugin) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230?tab=posts&BH=1 Also, if it's the same bug from oldrim, then it has nothing to do with your mods. The oldrim lip sync bug was caused by some mis-applied programming in the engine that delayed facial animations twice as much as it was meant to in some cases.
