Hello, This thread was one of the first results when I was looking up this issue online. I happened to find out what was happening (in my case), and I decided to share here. Hopefully it may be of help to someone else too. In my case there was a conflict between the following mods: Combat Tweaks v323 (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/354) Qwinn's Ultimate DAO Fixpack v3.51 (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/4689?tab=files) - Upon disabling either of them the descriptions appeared again in the skills' tooltip.
