I've been trying to make a character from a manga I super love, but I'm a bit limited with what's available. Here's an image of what she looks like compared to what I've been able to do so far. Really just looking for boots like this and boas at all? I've been here for a while and I feel like I would've found them by now. Sorry if this is an annoying topic; probably my first and last lol.
