  1. Yes! Find the Fallout 4 Wabbajack mod bundle installer and it'll give you detailed instructions on how to install Fallout 4 outside the protected x86 folder. Doing this will also end all sorts of crash issues caused by the x86 folder (until I tried Fallout London today; now it CTDs constantly). I had been used to CTD every 15 to 20 minutes even with vanilla F4, but once outside x86 I've played over 100 hours with only one crash, and that was because I didn't destroy the turrets outside Danse's hideout before Maxon left. Silly me.
  2. Does anybody have any idea which Creation Club mods are causing problems with the deprecated version of Fallout 4? Because I erased everything in my Fallout 4 folder--including the next-gen updated game and all 40 or so Creation Club items I've bought, which had been working perfectly--followed all the instructions here to roll the game back, it worked perfectly, but when I re-downloaded all my Creation Club content the depricated game kept CTD. Erased it all again, moved all the depricated files back into the Fallout 4 folder, and it works perfectly again. So it's obviously the Creation Club content, which I paid about $100 for, that's causing the problems.
  3. I started playing in the summer, installed far too many mods, suffered slowdowns as a result (over 90 seconds just to enter workshop mode!), and decided to start deleting mods...which caused even more problems, like CTDs, askew body bitmaps, and X-ray vision. ...and by that I mean I could look down and see the lake that lies beneath Sanctuary. At first, these visions only appeared when I was crafting, but then the cell around me vanished at random and I frequently saw the multicellular map underlying the entire gameworld. So I gave up and created a new character. Most of the problems disappeared, but then I started seeing through the world again. I read that you could delete all sorts of .ini files to force the game into a reboot of sorts, so I wondered if anyone had automated this process, or if there was merely a fix to the X-ray vision problem, since that seems to be the only remaining problem I have.
  4. Thank you. I don't suppose you know if it's possible to put those three console commands into a mod? Just wondering, since I get the feeling I'll be using this transfer settlement more than once.
  5. Any ideas on how to get rid of them? The tower itself is easily scrappable (I accidentally killed it with Scrap Zapper) but the wires...sigh. A mod to do just that would even be better, because then I could add it as a Transfer Settlement requirement for those of us who can't get the hang of console commands.
