  1. I've been playing around with Skytweak and one thing I've noticed is that, while there's a modifier for Two-Handed attack speed, there is no option to modify One-Handed speeds (that affect all Actors, not just the player). So it looks like I'll have to make my own mod for it. So, my question is: How would one go about adjusting the attack speed value for all Actors?
  2. Are there any good ones? Particularly, I'm hoping for something to reduce melee attack speed of Player/NPCs/Creatures, as of now I feel like it's all too...spastic.
  3. I've been tinkering around with some of the vanilla hair models and making slight preference adjustments. Once satisfied, I convert the .obj to a .nif using Bodyslide. So far, so good. I then begin setting up the .Nif file using the tutorial by Mike Moore: Again, all seems well. The model appears textured and fully functional in Nifskope. A few clicks through FO4Edit as detailed in the tutorial, and my custom hair is accessible in game. The hitch? It doesn't show up. Only the hairline is visible. If anyone could lend a hand, I'd be most appreciative. -FIXED- Operator error. It was a simple case of incorrect location in the MODL Filepath. Also, trying to augment an ESP using an ESP probably wasn't exactly a bright idea.
  4. Does anyone know of any good (and relatively current-ish) tutorials for creating animated weapons? For example, like the switchblade or straight razor. Google hasn't aided me much, mostly coming up with weapon animation mods instead. The goal is to get the entire weapon itself to rotate 180 degrees when drawn so as to be held reverse-grip. And while I can just edit the base translation via Nifskope or Blender, that causes the weapon to look pretty ridiculous when holstered (What with a blade protruding in front of the character). Failing that, perhaps a guide for using NiVisControllers in Nifskope to make the weapon itself disappear when holstered? Any help would be kindly appreciated.
  5. It's 99.9% likely that you botched the installation process. First: Uninstall everything. Second: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Installation_of_Blender Follow this installation guide. It's what worked for me. Do not deviate, download exactly what versions of the tools the tutorial tells you to. Compatibility is a fickle thing, so it's best to go with what's tried-and-true.
  6. Well, that's depressing. Regardless, I appreciate the timely response.
  7. Two inquiries for the price of one~ First things first, is there a way to set up weapon specific (Or even PC Exclusive) animations? I'm attempting some dual-wield melee animations, faux dual-wield anyway, but don't want every Legionaire and his uncle using said animations. Because that would be silly. Numero dos: I've tried editting starting gear via the GECK (NPC/Player/Inventory) for a more personalized start to the game, character concept and all that, but the game crashes upon startup of new game. Seems like it'd be pretty straightforward, but obviously I'm doing something wrong. Any light that could be shed on the dilemma would be appreciated. Disregard, it was a mod conflict.
