    After many futile attempts I find this working solution for this problem (especially with change Outdoor/Indoor and Fast Travel)! Try this: In Papyrus section of Fallout.ini decrease parameter of fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS. Default is 500. Try 250.

    Angel Park is best mod that I play on Fallout 3/NV game. Is shame that this mod other people now canot download and play.
