  1. Does anyone have a guide or instructions on how to add the helmet overlays and the enhanced vision of Project Nevada to the TTW armors, Winterized T51/ Enclave Hellfire/ Outcast armor etc.?
  2. I did a clean install of Fallout 3 and New Vegas because I kept crashing when trying to leave Goodsprings. I thought it was due to the mods and so I did a clean install. I now wanted to install TTW 3.3 for the first time and then I noticed something about Fallout 3. It says that the app may not work correctly because there may be security or performance issues under windows. When I tried downloading the GFWL it says that the installation didnt work. I have windows 10 since my PC doesnt meet the requirements necessary for Windows 11. Will TTW still work even if Fallout 3 has issues and was the crashing due to Fallout 3 or the mods? I would like to try TTW 3.3 so is the issue with Fallout 3 going to be a problem? This is a copy of the post I made on the TTW site but I havent got a response. I tried installing TTW but the installer says: XD3_INVALID_INPUT /* invalid input/decoder error */ Error occured processing file:.\BrokenSteel.esm ( it also said .\OperationAnchorage.esm). Any way to fix this or is the game just unable to work now?
  3. I installed the .NET Framework now and I will install both New Vegas and Fallout 3 again. As I said, Vortex required an update (either also .NET Framework or v86 distributor) when I came back to it. I will try installing mods as usual and see if it works again. Thanks for the help!
  4. Me, personally, I would advise a complete clean reinstall follow the Best of Time guide. Strictly. To the Letter. EVERY essential mods required. It sound like your make a shortcut somewhere and ignore something~ Be very clear, newest version of TTW332 break every TTW-compat mods there is, from 2.9x to 3.2x. If you install TTW3.3.2, any mods you install is suspect for a buggy run unless the mod's description page say very clearly that it work for 3.3.2. The problem is that this never happened before. I played New Vegas with the same setup (TTW, same mods) and didnt have any problems. I use TTW 3.2.2 and finished my last playthrough in june. I havent changed mods nor did a new install. I just deleted the saves and startet a new run.so I cant miss any mods required to run the game and I am sure TTW isnt the problem. The only thing that changed was that I had to download a ??V86 distributor?? for vortex after returning to the game in november so maybe that messed something up? !! EDIT !! I just discovered that there is a compatability issue with Fallout 3 (I have the GOG-Version) and my system. I need .NET Framework 3.5 for an app on my PC. Could that be the issue? Again: I havent done a clean install for a long time and the game worked, I only did one now after the problems mentioned above. Could it be that an update for Fallout 3 messed something up? I installed TTW 3.2 and then the updates 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.
  5. Is there any way I can test if its failing and which one it is? I have two, C and D, and New Vegas is on the D.
  6. I had crashes freezes constantly while trying a new playthrough (I made it to Primm but trying to enter the casino/ doing anything in the hotel would freeze or crash my game). I made a clean install of New Vegas (with TTW) and installed the mods I have used since my first playthrought (this would have been my ninth/ tenth playthrough?). But leaving Doc Mitchells or Goodsprings would cause a freeze or crash. So I deleted every mod and made a clean install. Whenever I check my local files for problems now however the first check shows that about 98 (many files, the amount seems to vary) files are damaged and are installed again. Whenever I check my local files now, it says that 1 file is damaged and is installed again. I can do this as many times I want to (I verified 10 times and it always shows 1 damaged file even though its a clean, new install). I dont want to start installing mods now because its getting annoying. Any idea what to do? Like I said: this is probably my ninth/ tenth playthrough with TTW and I have never had any freezes or crashes even when I had a very bad PC so I dont really know what to do. Any advice for me?
  7. I downloaded a replacer for the LAER from Gunetwork but unfortunately it isnt affected by the perk "Laser Commander" . Can I change it with FNVEdit so the new LAER is affected by the perk?
  8. Does anybody have any idea how to make the water look like in the pictures? As far as I know you need New Vegas Reloaded for this but when I use New Vegas Reloaded it doesnt look like this.
  9. While I like the current versions of the Midwestern power armor people have created in mods, there isnt any armor which looks like the armor seen in the Final Version Concept Art on the Wiki. Would be pretty nice if someone (who knows how to create mods because I dont even know how to start learning modding) made this mod.
  10. For some reason I am unable to enter the tower in order to hear Ronald Curtis talk about his sabotage. I have the key but when I press E on the door nothing happens for me but my companions are teleported away. Does anybody have a way to fix this?

  12. This is a problem also listed on the Wiki. You dont have to give the DLC snowglobes to Jane, once you pick them up you get a message which says that the snowglobe will automaticaly be added to the Lucky 38.   13. For some reason the snowglobe from Honest Hearts doesnt appear on the shelf in the Lucky 38. I know this is already listed on the Fallout Wiki but I havent found any way to fix it. Is there a way to fix it at all?
  14. I finally managed to get him to appear. After seven fresh installs and changing the languages multiple times Vulpes appeared. No idea why my New Vegas is so f*#@y but its finally working. Sorry I had to bother you but thanks for trying to help me anyways.
  15. Normally after you kill Benny and leave the Tops there would be Vupes to give the the mark fo Caesar and to start the quest "Render unto Caesar". In my game Vulpes just doesnt show up. Ive tried it with no mods installed and he still wouldnt be there. Is there a way to fix this. I have spawned him in but he doesnt do anything.
  16. I am using NEW Vegas Reloaded and I especially like the water but the sky is too bright,bloomy and white (I am using Nevada skies and Enhanced shaders enb). I want to keep NVR but so far I havent been able to make the sky normal (not bloomy and blue instead of white).
  17. I arrived at cottonwood cove and tried to go to the fort with the raft. After I agreed to go to the fort with the guy in charge of the raft I get a loading screen. It seems as if the loading screen is over and I am entering a new place but after that I get another loading screen and theres just another new loading scree after another. Since its just loading screens I cant do anything. Has anybody experienced this and found a fix?
  18. Thank you for the infos regarding the wiki. I managed to set the mods values back to the vanilla ones. I never knew were to look to change that but I finally found them with your help. Thank you very much!

I am using Sinitars Gaming Overhaul and I want to levelup like in the vanilla game (XP required vanilla: from Level 3 to 4:1050, Sinitar 3 to 4:1830) this increases until the Sinitar XP required are double of what you need in vanilla. Is there a way to change this back to the vanilla setting without deleting the mod itself, with NVEdit perhaps? I havent found what I should delete then.

  21. Is there a way to make sure a mod is loaded before another. For example: in Vortex I made sure that EVE is loaded before WMX but the iron sights are the ones from WMX. I managed to fix these problems but now I have a problem with Asurah and WMX. I made sure Asurah is loaded before WMX but when I aim my (laser/tri beam/sniper)rifles go off to the left corner when I am shooting and aiming. Furthermore the aforementioned rifles are weirdly angled like in ammo and weapon condition checking (cant post a picture here sorry).Is there a way,like FNVEdit to use brute force to make the mods work together? I dont have a problem with clipping.
