What does "Lore friendly" mean? And is "boss" a part of Wrye Bash?

I had Skyrim on the 360 but the glitches ended up breaking my save file with 80 hours into it...I wasn't going to restart. When I saw all the mods for the PC version and got the itch to play again, I bought the PC game....but my mind is overloaded with all the different mods and some not being compatible with others and such. So I am hoping people could tell me what mods are "worth" it? Basically, I am looking for graphic enhancing ones. I have seen some for HD, smother female/male models and faces, changing the underwear and bra designs for females, realistic water, changing the moon, enhancing the villages. I also have seen some unofficial patches for Skyrim and the two DLCs. So which ones should I choose? I also would like one that helps with the map, locating the masks and those jewels (forget their name). Finally, I thought I had read some where there were mods that make you look like Lightning, Cloud, Seph, etc. but I never found any of them. And of course, if anyone has any other ones they would recommend that would be great! Thanks!
