Hopefully this helps. You can maybe try downloading what is called WarrantyVoider's DLC Patch. It's just a file that goes into c\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32 in your directory. http://www.mediafire.com/file/vwtd3ofsggnusr9/binkw32.rar
