To preface this, I'll be modding my friend's game soon for his first playthrough using the Viva New Vegas guide. I like to use Underwater Hideout for every play through, so it's a personal choice mod I want to add to his game. I want to make it easier to obtain though. I can't for the life of me seem to figure out how to use the G.E.C.K to accomplish what I'm after. I literally just want to add a chest outside the saloon in Goodsprings that would contain the entrance moving tool, the keycard, and fuel for the reactor for the Underwater Hideout mod. Any help here would be fantastic, thank you in advance.
