I just deleted all 308 of my mods, like i mean completely removed from my PC (Even Cleared my Recycle Bin) and this game still crashes... I went into the data files, verified cache, u name it, i did it. I was able to get into the main menu before but i just couldnt load a new game or a previous save. Now that I uninstalled all my mods, i cant even make it into the main menu.

I found the problem: missing neon category can be repared by using the patch here (for non Settlement keywords users) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11900/? select the file thats called HMM+workshop (for those who only have homemaker, and not OCDecorator) if you are missing cages, and have OCDecorator as well as homemaker, select the HMM+OCD patch instead for users of the settlement keywords system, who are missing your concrete walls, you need the SK+Homemaker patch from here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11899/?

I have a bug where I can't see the tab of cages/arenas when I have my mods activated, but I can see all of the other new items. When I deactivate my mods, I can see the tab or the cages/arena stuff. Is anyone else having this bug?
