Hey, thanks for the reply but I found the issue! I typed in the console: player.getav magickarate and it was set to 0. So, some mod must have reset this. I typed. player.modav magickarate 3.0 and player.setav magickarate 3.0 and that set it back to normal! Topic can be closed!

First of all, hello! It's been a very long time since I played my modded Skyrim SE and I updated a few plugins and now I have 0 magicka regeneration. Using Google I managed to locate that apparently some mods actually cause this issue but using SkyTweak you can easily set the mgaicka regeneration to whatever you like. Problem is. SkyTweak only exists for Skyrim, not the Special Edition. I've converted mods for personal use to the SE version before, extracting them with BEA and then using CK to do the .esps's, but I do not have the space to actually install CK this time. So I am asking. Is there any other type of mod that lets me set magicka regeneration? Thank you!

I have this issue as well. Just installed The Witcher 3 again. Vortex & The Witcher 3 are both on the same drive F:\ The folder The Witcher3\DLC doesn't exist. It's linked to F:\Vortex Downlaods\Witcher3 and it still gives me those errors.

So, I never had an issue with SIm Settlements eversince it came out. But a few days ago I had to disable it in order to test another mod. Eversince then, no luck getting it to work. I delete it completely, deleted the Settlement Menu Manager and did a clean save without them. Now I reinstalled the 3-in-1 Pack and the SMM and nothing works. Whenever I enter the Museum of Freedom where the Computer is supposed to be, there is only the table. The Computer is missing and no ASAM sensors. I can, though, spawn them via the console, but not use them, since the Holotape to setup SS is broken as well. I use LOOT to sort my LoadingOrder and this is the first time I have a mod so broken that nothing works anymore. I am not sure what to do anymore. Thanks!

I have the Grim and Somber ENB's, which I can only recommend. It's realistic, sharp and adds a nice little touch to the atmosphere of the game. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50501/? Also, it's capped at 60fps. But it also never drops. You have a few choices in the ENBS: Quality and Performance. If Quality runs bad for you, use Performance.

Hello Skyrim Community, so I've been modding and playing Skyrim since it came out. And modding has never been a problem with the game. And neither have preset ENB's. I personally use the "Grim and Somber ENBS" which looks fantastic. BUT. A few months ago I upgraded my driver (R9 290 4GB) to the latest one. The new one that looks so different. No, it doesn't change with a reload. But thanks for your answer tho. I don't know If I will just reinstall that all again.

Hey Community! So, yesterday I applied some Mods for my Skyrim (1.7 something). I have the SKSE Loader for the "Playable Dragon" and it works just fine. (great mod, btw.) I also applied a sword and some armors. And they work fine too. It's just that if I wanna fight I can just fight when I do a hard attack, like hold the right hand mouse button (left mouse) long. If I just click on my mouse for a normal, short attack, nothing happens. On both hands. I tried starting Skyrim with & without SKSE. But still no change. Is there like a fix for this, so I can fight normally again? Thank you! -Azamaki.
