They're just standard BethINI settings, and the game isn't on the C drive, I have exceptions in my anti-virus for the Skyrim and MO folders, but I tried disabling it anyway and no dice. This is really frustrating.

https://modwat.ch/u/Nuttyboy812 So, for some reason, when I launched Skyrim today, I noticed in RaceMenu that the CustomRaces face parts no longer work. I tried reinstalling Custom Races, Racemenu, and RaceCompatability to no avail, reinstalled the game itself, reinstalled MO, and all sorts of other obvious stuff. I was able to get them to appear by resetting the quest in the console, but when I do that, if I change race or gender they go away again, and they don't appear correctly when doing this anyway, failing to grab their texture set or something like that leading to messed up head shaders. I'm at my wit's end here, checking the Papyrus log and skse logs showed nothing helpful, and even running with no mods but Racemenu, Custom Races, and RaceCompatability, I get the same issue. Interestingly enough, the head parts from High Poly Head show up just fine, and when I gave my Custom Races files to a friend, they worked just fine for her as well. I've since noticed that the shading on every head in the game seems messed up a little bit too, and in some cases they break hard like the Custom Races heads are doing. I've reinstalled the game, the mods, mod organizer, and windows, each multiple times and still have the issue.

Okay, so I was playing Skyrim, getting 60 FPS and no stuttering or freezes of any kind. Then my game crashed, and so after making a merged patch to make sure it won't crash again, when I got back into the game, I started to get small 3-5 second freezes when looking around Whiterun, and just lower FPS in general. I ran my textures through the texture optimizer and even tried disabled them, which helped temporarily for about five minutes before the stutters started up again. Merging plugins helped again for another few minutes, before that stopped helping too. I even turned off my ENB and ran nothing except for ENBoost, but this had absolutely no effect on the game's performance. I'm using MO, I have an i5 4690K with a GTX 970 and 8GB of RAM, and my game is installed on an SSD. Load order SKSE.ini Skyrim.ini Skyrimprefs.ini

Can somebody send me "All Followers Replacer"? It seems the author removed it because a lot of people complained that some names were in Cyrillics. Seeing as that doesn't bother me, and I could fix it if it did, I would like to get the mod because it looks pretty cool.

I'm trying to find a follower, She had no custom voice, but had custom facepaint, if I remember correctly it was green. She also had Auburn colored hair with a feather in it. She wears ancient nord armor and can be found in Dragonsreach. She was also on the Nexus front page awhile back, I can't tell you how long ago. Also, if anybody can direct me towards some super-heavy armors (Think Skaal or Lich King armors) That would be cool too.

Can some of you post some awesome large caliber guns? I love using the Anti Material Rifle but I want to try some more. I already got the Uncle SAMR. Great gun by the way.

Interestingly enough, I have no Gov't ammo. I know I stored some somewhere because I had no guns chambered for it and it was just taking up space.
