Just play the two missions after prologue! they are not very hard! -
Like the one in TW3 where you can decide up to which rarity it will dismantle weapons and armor. Or it will only pick up scrap and consumables!

It's totally annoying that after you kill one civilian, police officers spawn right behind you, even in buildings and kill you in an instant. I'm pretty sure someone will make a mod where to police will act more like the police in GTA5. That is the benchmark in my opinion! So my dear modding community have at it!
