  1. Sounds like a bad animation/skeleton, try removing any of those somtimes they also show up in female body replacers even if you did not know the animations are there.
  2. Well there is a bug in the Geck that can cause some body color issues (black guys with pure white faces ect), some modders bypass it by making the mods a .esm or a .esp flagged as a .esm. That will not help you if its just the textures not matching up though. You could simply flag NVR3 as a .esm, this will not move it in your load order simply tricks the game into thinking its a .esm. Best way is to use FNVEdit, open the .esp in it and go to File Header, Record Flags and put a check next to ESM. You may have to manually place it if you use something like Loot to sort your load order. Again it will not help if its a texture mismatch, that is just if it is the Geck bug. Looking at your character it seems your using "robert enchancing normal hairy texture" by the awesome WolverineHowlett, I figure the problem is with the body texture not being updated to the more seamless format. Best bet is to change the body texture to be more colored like the vanilla heads, you will need to mess around in GIMP/Photoshop to do that. Well I run the Robert male body mod now so I feel the need to help when I see it has something to do with the mods I work on lol.
  3. Could be the head texture and the skin texture are alittle different, you would have to edit those in a program like GIMP or photoshop. There is no such option in GECK to change just the body tone, both the head and body use the same tone system. Or try making the offending .esp into a .esm or flag it as a .esm with FNVEdit or Wrye Flash, if its not a texture issue.
  4. Sexout uses its own male body (rudeupperbody or something like that) that is why you still have the nude body, you could try loading up the Sexout.esm (or .esp I do not know which holds the info you need) and see if there is any race data in them. If there is vanilla race data being changed then you could try deleting them. OR you could make a new .esp that contains just race vanilla data (you can use FNVEdit or just open up GECK and select each race it will auto change them and just save a new .esp), if Breeze edits the race data already then just put it out the very last spot in your load order. Sadly I do not use Breeze and am not current playing FNV (I am playing FO3) so I can not be a huge help here.
  5. I do not see why not, anyone who makes a follower that uses vanilla voices needs to upload them (so they work since the file structure will be different) and anyone who makes a dog follower has to upload the vanilla dog voice files (again same reason). The main problem comes when you upload stuff that allows people to have DLC content without the DLC as a requirement, so if your mod say used Honest Heart voice files then you would have to set HH as a requirement.
  6. You need to keep in mind that almost all of FNV and FO3 mods where made BEFORE MO, as such some of them rely on FOMM installer. I do not know if MO installs FOMM mods exactly as they need to be or not, I do know that people are extremely confused and people are complaining that MO is not install some of my mods correctly (they do not even need FOMM). So personally I would go with the modding tools that are known to work, FOMM and Wrye Flash. If people do choose to use MO do not expect a ton of fixes or help from the modders when MO does not work with their mod.
  7. I have never used or installed Breeze with FOMM or NMM, so I do not know if that is your issue or not. But I do notice that Breeze does not include any hand textures or meshes. So technically there should be no issue at all with hands for Breeze. Are you using any mods that edit vanilla races, have you tried turning off ALL mods but Breeze and see if there is a issue? I know some NPC Face mods edit races and could be changing the hand texture paths. Make sure you do not have any hand meshes or texture in your folders since Breeze does not need them.
  8. Could be just that the armor was made that way, instead of the T6M try installing the vault suit from Type 3 for testing since you say you tried outfits from that same mod. Otherwise it could be a skeleton issue or indeed a idle issue, try deleting/moving any custom ones out of the folders. I kinda bet it was just made that way though.
  9. Got to admit I have never needed that mod even though I use Type 3, Kendo took all his mods down from Nexus so that is why it was removed (he did the port).
  10. I have been having issues with all of these things, combat styles was another big one but I thought it was maybe completely borked as neither Bethesda nor Obsidian made creative use of them. Super glad you got it fixed, the skin tone thing has always bothered me until I knew I could fix it by flagging the .esp as a .esm. Annoying. D:
  11. Afraid I do not remember if it has more then blue eye color options, but you can always recolor them yourself in GIMP/Photoshop it would be a good way to learn about modding.
  12. You could try this mod, I used it as my first base for my characters two different colored eyes: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/40678/?
  13. well i want a nice do like this one, the owner of that hair style hasnt revealed were he got it and if is the creater i dont think he wants to upload it I think that hair is actually a rip from Resident evil (I believe the face is as well) that Geonox did, so its not something that would ever be on Nexus anyways. See now I would think that IS anime hair lol, pictures/descriptions are always good.
  14. Its not hard (if you do not want a working hat hair, then its get more annoying and complicated), so long as you know how to get the Skyrim meshes into your program of choice (blender/3dMax/ect) then you should be able to do it. But I assume almost all the hair in Apachii's mod would be to "anime" for people, no one has provided any explanation/pictures of what is "anime" hair to them. Some people its spiky hair, some people its long hair, some people its anything with hair gel, others it just the hair color.
  15. Yeah that is not really what its about but its a interesting idea, I found it to be a interesting Anime and a interesting take on what "Ghoul" means it goes back to the older meanings rather then the current zombie take.
  16. So you used this mod right and not some mod found on another site that is not allowed on Nexus (since it has content stolen from me that maker refuses to remove) correct? You should not always think mods are perfectly safe to install if found on other sites, they may not be on Nexus for a reason. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52162/? I say it is most likely a issue with either the child skin texture, or mesh. Remove these files if you see them: meshes\characters\_male\childfemaleupperbody.nif meshes\characters\_male\childupperbody.nif textures\characters\childfemale folder textures\characters\child folder
  17. Really depends on how much your adding to the game, I know people look down on manual edits but sometimes it is needed. However when its just a couple of items I think the first is most ideal if its true the stuff is not written into the save game like non-NVSE tend to do. Truthfully they are all perfectly acceptable so long as you post about any issues people might have on installing or uninstaling the mod.
  18. 1st person hands use different meshes and textures then 3rd person. 3rd person texture: handmale.dds, handmale_n.dds, handmale_sk.dds 1st person textures: handmale_1st.dds, handmale_1st_n.dds, handmale_1st_sk.dds Make sure they are all set up correctly, and that the custom race is pointing to the right textures.
  19. Just keep in mind that the "bodyaddon" slots are I believe used by in game decals (blood, ect) so you might mess some of that up if you use them.
  20. Depends on the modder, if they do not say "feel free to make patches so long as you do not include any of my assets" then its best to ask. What is the harm in asking, Mill is around its not like he has been gone for 5 years or somthing. Just PM him.
  21. Yeah that is the problem with some places you want to put items, I suggest you skip the legs, crotch and shoulders until you better understand rigging those tend to be my problem points. They warp the most imo. Try not to use the skeleton.nif btw, it will cause issues where body parts (arms, hands, neck) will not line up correctly. Instead import the skeleton from the vanilla female body (since your using female) or if that gives you issues the body you are making the item for. Never use the skeleton.nif for making armors unless you have a real reason to do so and know how to fix the problems it makes. Most people do not notice clipping issues with sitting down, but most people will notice clipping with hands and weapons. So I would say back hips or even alittle higher on the waistline. I am glad we have figured out, if you have more issues feel free to let me know. I may not have time to make stuff for others but I am always around to try and point people in the right direction at the very least.
  22. Well you seem to be skipping the whole rigging/skinning/weight painting thing again, you can not skip that part. 1. Import box and coat in blender. 2. Position boxes as you want. 3. Rig/skin/weight paint boxes to the coat or body. Your guide has that included in it. 4. Export whatever you edited or want to (coat + boxes or just boxes). 5. Check over shaders in nifskope, correct what needs to be corrected using a vanilla ARMOR as your guide it needs to look exactly like the vanilla one. 6. Put in game. Do NOT ever UVmap anything unless you plan on make new textures to fit that new UVmap, anyone using vanilla items should most likely never need to UVmap anything. You can really mess up your stuff if you didnt save before doing it lol.
  23. First thing I notice is there is no BSDismemberSkinInstance, which means you never rigged/skinned it to the outfit/body? Next thing I notice is that there is no normal map selected for the boxes, which you need to do or the textures will show up odd. I assume you edited the jacket UVmaps yourself so they fit some custom texture you made instead of any vanilla textures. You should copy the shaders from a working vanilla clothing texture, it will help you keep them correct. Now the main major issue, you have re-UVmaped all the boxes. They will now never be able to display any vanilla textures ever again, to fix this you must start all over again. Do not touch the UVmap unless you plan to remake the textures to fit them, which is impossible with your current UVmapping it is far to warped to display any textures properly. Fluttershy would make a very good medic/follwer. :)
