I found a problem on a OOO-Rebalanced In short, it should work something like this mod's description Disabled the miscellaneous unofficial patch items and the "Follower Double-Face Bug Fix" spell on starting a new game since they aren't typically needed when enginebugfixes is being used. You can get the UOP item by typing into the console "startquest uopmenuitemadd", and you can get the spell through the item if you need it. You can get the USIP item back with "startquest usipmenuitemadd". I didn't read the description there, I didn't know about it. he seems like I've become the blind I didn't even know about it )

well I did what you asked And now everything works I am rebuild patch I even Disable OOO-Rebalance.esp now it works Okay. I found a problem that it didn't work turns out It was OOO-Rebalance.esp to cause a problem It turns out it was not UnleveledQuestRewards.esp. UnleveledQuestRewardsDLCFilter.esp

Well, I read it, but it's still not clear. I'm a very hard to understand All the package files are installed, but some resource (ie. non-plugin) files are not identical (eg. another package has overwritten them with another version of the files) This is very hard to understand

well I decided to do this again but still is not working there was one instruction which is written The filter patch for DLCs requires Wrye Bash and should not be activated, just imported into the Bashed Patch. I decided to do it. Bashed Patch She did everything Patch Did everything but no effect

okay so what should I do fix this problem My point was that I don't know if the yellow box is indicating a problem, or just FYI info. For instance in my own load order Cobl Filter Late MERGE ONLY.esp is a similar type filter ESP, but in my load order it shows with a red box (even though it is as it is supposed to be). The red box tells you that it is missing masters, but that is OK with that particular type of filter ESP. So you need to open Wrye Bash General Readme.html (found in your game's Oblivion\Mopy\Docs folder) and tell me what it says the yellow box means in your version of Wrye Bash (copy and paste would be the preferred method to move that info into a post here). Section 5c is where you'll find the info. so I think I find a problem why my inventory not added Unofficial Oblivion Patch Key because this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45254 it's not working probably or just broken

That is where you will find the +[Options] item. These are not where all of your keys are found in your Inventory menu. You can also just open your Inventory with the tab to the far left selected. That will show you every category in your menu. Scroll to the very end of the list, and then slowly work your way back up. You will see the +[Options] item and then follow my previous instructions. If you are not seeing any of that then check in your Spells menu.
