when i try to mod TW3 with vortex it always shows this message : https://imgur.com/YFRxmlY i viewed the log file and saw some lines that might show the problem but i dont really understand what it means so i just put my log file here in case any of you guys need to check it tried a few methods but so far still cant solve the problem.

i just download the latest version vortex and when i start to mod Witcher 3 it shows this message: https://imgur.com/J1bODCT in case of the link doesnt work here is what the message says:Deployment failed.4 files were not correctly deployed(see log for details). The most likely reason is that files were locked by external applications so please ensure no other application has a mod file open,then repeat deployment. any solution for this? i searched on the forum but those solution are for the version that long time ago and doesnt clearly state out how to solve it.
