I've used Mod Organizer for modding for so long now, I can't live without it. There are times i've enjoyed modding the games more than playing them. I would love to see a port of it for fallout 4, please.

Leave NMM for the legacy games, which it handles well, and pick-up where Mod Manager left off going forward. I think most people would acknowledge that Mod Manager is far better than NMM, yes there is a learning curve but, god forbid, you do some reading and watch some videos. You'll be happier with Mod Manager in the long run. You are just spending a lot of time playing catch-up.
