I dont think theres would be any problem with that mod but some of that mod might cause permanent changes,might try reinstalling your game. I want to reinstall my game too I start facing permenant problem that I never face before. I shouldn't touch any of the files even the col file,now I'm facing permenant damage the only choice is reinstalling. It soo annoying on scene where i have to release or let the rachni queen die,grunt supposed to bust the wall nope all I see is white screen and sound and my game not responding anymore. Clean install might fix your problem I want fo clean install too,after 3 years start using mod this year my game F up. ME1 and ME2 I start new run with save this 2 had no mod for me to import save,when it go to ME3 that I use mod 5 days ago everything turn mess i keep get white screen where grunt supposed to bust in to queen main chamber.
