I've been poking around the forum here and some seem to deal with a ini file that no longer works and others with hex editing the upk files Seems to leave out the middle step in what I've found. I want to edit just one value at the moment. The recovery time for soilders. But I'm not sure what it's called in the upk files or even if thats where to look. Can someone point me to where to look for directions on how to edit one value? Just looking for a step by step set of directions. I can expand on it from that point.
