My game resets all the MCM settings like I'm loading a new game when I launch any of my saves and it makes my controls extremely unresponsive along with spawning me in Riverwood inn instead of where I previously was. Is this the issue of having over 255 mods? I lowered my "plugin" count to below 255 by marking things as light plugins thinking that would fix my issues but I think it's still doing. For clarification, do light marked mods in Vortex still count to the overall active plugin count?

All the mods are in the mod tab, but they are set to enabled and not disableed

Forgot to send my replies as a quote - I believe it said the process was going to delete 750 files or something along those lines. But it also had the words overwrite so I didn't think that's exactly what it'd do. Also deploying, the bar that filles up during the deploying process shows all my mods as it fills up. But none of my plugins remain If the removed the mods are removed from the game folders can they be found somewhere else? Or will I have to manually go through my 500+ mods on the mods tab and hit reinstall on all of them to get their plugins back?

So vortex asked me to overwrite a bunch of files. I thought nothing of it cuz I just installed a bunch of new files containing textures so I thought it needed to overwrite with the new files. Little did I know this action DELETED 90% of my 500+ mod setup and all their plugins. I assume there's no way I can retrieve these files?
