  1. No I'm not using a mod manager. Which plugins list do you mean? The one in c:/my games/user/appdata gets overridden each time I load the launcher.
  2. Hi guys, I'm creating a mod for Fallout 4 to counterpart my Skyrim Realism mod. Making a good start, but for some reason the .esp doesn't show up in the list of available mods in game. It's saved in the Data folder and I've modified the .ini files already so I'm a bit bewildered as to whay I can't run it. Any thoughts? Regards, EOL
  3. Thanks all, I think I've worked out the problem - I briefly loaded the unofficial patch at some point to bypass a problem with the Dima's Memory mission, then unloaded it afterwards. I think that your save game is permanently labelled as modded even if you only briefly use one. I looked back at my older saves and returned to a point just before then, and the game is not shown as modded so I re-started from there. Lost about 5 hours but I suppose it could have been worse, and I found some cool stuff I missed first time round (the power armour at the Vim factory for a start). I'm not sure the achievements mod has been updated to include the DLC yet - didn't want to risk it. Thanks again
  4. I recently disabled my mods in order to acquire the trophies for Far Harbour. This worked for a while, but now for some reason my save games ALWAYS say MODS ACTIVE even though I have disabled them, deleted them (using the in-game menu) and re-saved to no avail. I even tried re-installing the entire game and yet they still read as modded. I only have the DLC installed and the vanilla game. What is going on? I really do NOT want to have to start a new game. Any thoughts?
  5. Preferably with a nice deep neckline...
  6. This would compliment Frostfall and other survival mods by locking out fast travel and the world map until the following criteria are reached; 1. Unlock the world map by finding a 'Skyrim map' item or somesuch. It makes more sense that until you find a map you don't know your way around, nor can you pencil in places you discover! Maybe a pole star or something could be added so you can navigate at night without the map. 2. Unlock fast travel through a couple of options. Firstly, create a master level conjuration spell 'Teleportation'. Once learned, use MP to fast travel. Additionally, create 'scroll of teleportation' items. These can be bought from the College of Winterhold or randomly looted from mages. One use only. 3. To balance thing out, add carriages to each settlement, not just the major cities. Allow them to travel to each other settlement for a fee (as the ones at the Hearthfire manor houses do). This means that at least you don't have to footslog entirely from one side of Skyrim to the other. I thought of this as it's really no fun being able to escape from dying of cold or starvation just by fast travelling, kind of removes the point of a survival environment. Plus fast travelling doesn't take into account all the bandit/dragon/etc attacks, nor does it use up the supplies that it should do. Also, can someone change the spawning conditions so more aggressive animals (e.g. wolves, trolls, vampires) appear at night, and more humans appear during the day?
  7. Just to make it vaguely possible to try for a no kills game...
  8. Can someone please do a mod to alter the weights of the following items: Arrows (to 0.1) - I know there is one already but I can't get it to work... Scrolls (to 0.1) Books (to 0.5) Potions / poisons (so the weight reflects the size of the vial) Stones of Barenziah (to 0.1) Ingots (so the weights reflect the material, assuming all ingots are of equal size) and any others you can think of. I'm assuming Skyrim weights are equivalent to lb. Also is it possible to create Quivers as an equippable item? i.e. you can't use arrows unless you have a relevant quiver, which you create at a smithy?
