So I downloaded the nexus mod manager and then it does its thing and when I come to the part where it asks what game I want to mod it comes up with the error "Unable to get write permissions for c:\games\nexus mod manager\skyrim\install info" . It says to move the install info folder out of program files but there isnt a folder named that under that pathway. How do i fix this?

I can't even get it to download! When I click on it to install, I go through the agreement and stuff. When it gets to the actual download it says preparing the files for download, then a steam error pops up and says "An error occurred while installing Creation Kit (unknown error)".
