There’s a outlook .ost file that I could open no my laptop on Windows 8.1. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘The data file cannot be configured’. I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other formats except .ost files issue. TY for you time and attention
