  1. HadToRegister, I just updated to Vortex 1.1.12. Now when I select a game, it still locks up but it show up as activated when I restart Vortex. I have two games under Vortex, Witcher 2 and Grim Dawn. When I try to enable a mod, I get the error "Deployment Interrupted" (see attached file). Any ideas on this?
  2. Hadtoregister, I've tried everything I can think of . About the only thing left is to reinstall windows and start over. Not Ready To Do That Yet. I haven't heard anything from the bug report, so, I'll wait and see what happens.
  3. I've turned it in as a bug. I guess we wait and see what happens. Once again, Thank You for all your help.
  4. The appdata folder is new, I deleted the old folder. When I manage a steam game, it creates a sub folder in the "Vortex Downloads" flolder. (Fallout 4 & Fallout NV) When I activate it and install a mod, it creates a sub folder in the "Vortex Mods" folder. Neither sub folders are created when I try to manage a GOG Game. (Grim Dawn & Divinity Original Sin 2) I know it has to be something on this computer, but I have no idea where to look next.
  5. None of the games were set to run as administrator. Also, Even though they show up in Vortex as managed, no folder is created in either the downloads or mods folders.
  6. I uninstalled Vortex and did a search on both HD's and deleted anything to do with Vortex. I ran IoBit Advanced System Care to clean out the regestry. I reinstalled the default Vortex (Vortex-1-1-1-5-1575885676). I set the mod folders to the D: (D:\Vortex Downloads and D:\Vortex Mods) where my games are located. (D:\games) The same thing happens. Steam games have no problems with or without UAC active. GOG games I get the same response.(see post #33 first picture). UAC active or not. Anything else we can look at or try?
  7. I've been working on this in my spare time. I can't find what is causing this problem. I uninstalled my AV, no change. I uninstalled GOG Galaxy 1, no change. I installed GOG Galaxy 2, no change. I deactivated UAC, no change. One thing, when I deactivated UAC, the "Please Confirm The User Access Control Dialog" screen still showed up. Does anyone else have any ideas as to why Vortex won't work with GOG games on my computer? Thanks
  8. I am an administrator on this computer, but Vortex is not running as an admin. I've added another steam game and it manages and activates with no problem. Is there any way to remove the GOG games from the Managed list? I've been uninstalling and reinstalling Vortex to try and manage them again for testing.
  9. UAC Is on. This (Capture) shows up after I click on "yes".
  10. I've done some more testing and this is what I found. I have 4 Vortex supported games on my computer. 1 from Steam and 3 from GOG. The one from steam managed and activated ok. None of the GOG games were able to be managed even though they show up as managed. (See Pictures) I've tried installing in the default location and on my D:. Nothing seems to make a difference. It has to be something I'm missing, but I have no idea as to what it might be. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks
  11. The executable is the same for Steam and GOG. I turned this in as a bug, but haven't heard anything. Any ideas as to what to do now? Thanks
  12. The directory is correct for my installation. D:\games\Grim Dawn. I don't know what executable vortex is looking for. Mine is Grim Dawn.exe.
  13. I reported this issue as a bug. I also referenced our posts here. I want to thank you again for all your assistance. It is very much appreciated.
