It's possible to get all your skills to 100 without going over level 30, granted you'll never get ALL the perks that way, but then there are those who because of OCD have to have everything done.

I run FO3 on Windows 10, using the intel bypass, no issues so far. I use my old GOTY disc set, works just fine, no need for the Steam BS.

I'm not really new as such , just coming back after a few years, my old email address had my oroiginal account and that email is gone now and everything associated with it. I've come back to get mods i seemed to have lost in my time away, some I can find, others seems to have either gotten taken down or got lost or something. Can anyone point me to an english version of "Children of the wasteland - enhanced playable children" for Fallout 3 ? any help would be appreciated.
