I remember a mod coming out somewhat recently that allowed you to change a whole bunch of game settings such as pc damage ai damage ai stat scaling and such. Cant for the life of me remember the name and do to the nature of the mod searching for it has been difficult. Not sure if this mod was just a Fever dream or what but if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it greatly.

Just ran some tests on both an unmodded save and a modded save(both fresh new saves) and the mod worked, though when enchanting it still showed cost but it was not applied. Im guessing because i never turned off the auto calc option on the enchantment because when you do that the item value gets real wonky and using more powerful gems is worthless. the strange thing though is that when i saw the item cost being applied to the table but not in combat, i went back to the older save where i was having the original issues, i enchanted a new weapon and suddenly everything was working again...not sure wether to be thrilled or worried by this. anybody have any insight into why it would do this. I would like to upload this as there are no infinite enchantment mods for legendary edition. If i want to upload i'm going to need to have a fix for this in the description if it happens again. Sadly I'm just not a CK wizard. Edit: and just like that its stopped again. i'm going to try on some fresh saves but i'm starting to think its not mod based and there is some weird bug going on here, i do have the enchantment bug fix mod and even that's not helping.

Hey looking for some input here guys on a strange issue i've been having with my modded magic effects. What I am trying to accomplish here is infinite charge on weapon enchantments for legendary edition skyrim. The part that gets weird though is it only applies on one of my characters where on another one it does not. so somehow the game is managing to override my 0 in base cost in the magic effect options. I figured that by making the base cost 0 and the actual enchantment cost is based on multipliers that because it was multiplying by 0 that the cost would stay 0.......seems that's not how it works all the time. Anyone with some more experience in dealing with magic effects in CK come and lend me some insight as to why this does not work. I should add that my mod was at the bottom of the load order when i tested this so it should have taken priority.

Hay so I've been working on a large world space for some time now and I've run into a problem. I'm trying to find a way to make an area foggy all the time. so far as I've seen all the custom weather options are for the entire world space and not by area. Is there even a way to do this? Also I do apologize if I'm missing something painfully obvious this is my first large mod and I'm still learning as I go.
