NO body ?

Well I've been playing this game for a long (!) time but never encountered this. I have no idea what causes it. I was playing the game perfectly. The only thing that was changed was a driver update, maybe that is the problem... dunno. I've uninstalled the game, so it has no mod on currently. I have a video of the fog glich but couldn't catch the lighting glich. That was probably the lights coming from the flames. Torchs, dragons. I have no idea how to explain that. Well.. i'm sure you all know the scene that i'm talking about. In Helgen, Alduin should come down from above and make a little chaos but he just keeps flying around the village non-stop. Just screaming! I couldn't find any way to fix the problem so i came here to find some help. I need you so bad.. I'm sorry if this glich was mantioned before.
