I can't remember the name of it, but the mod made it so that if you commited a crime, and put a guards armor on, they wouldn't recognise you, or only if you didn't get too close.

This one time, I made a chameleon 100% spell, headed to Vindasel, and found Umbra. I activated the spell, and began hammering Umbra. About half way through, the spell breaks. I freak out in "OMG WTF OMG WTF OMG WTF!!!" and run for the hills. After awhile, I lose Umbra, and find myself in Chorrol. I breath a sigh of relief, and decide to rest up in the Inn. When I wake up, guess whose there? Umbra, fighting NAKED with around ten guards. I quickly shut the door, and wait for the sounds to stop. I punch Umbra ONCe, she falls dead.

There are cats. Ever seen a mountain lion? And theres always import beef/ham. I found it wierd that no one tries to combat the daedra that sometimes LITERALLY open in their back yards. They can pull out great whopping daedric battle axes, and put on a full suit of glass armor on commoner pay, but they can't find the time to cut apart a scamp?
