So I've gone through all the mods and I can't seem to see anything thats gunna fix what I want. Apparently the loot doesn't respawn in chest, and for a sneaky bastard like me, this is sad af. I'd love a mod to respawn and random gen items so after a week or so the businesses and homes i've burglarised are back to normal, as they would irl.
