There's Vortex Extension Update - Baldur's Gate 3 v1.3.7.7z in Downlaods sections of Vortex and Game: Baldur's Gate 3 in Extensions page. I've just downloaded the Vortex and have never modded BG3. What are those mentioned files? Should I do anything with them?

Hey, I'm looking for young female face mods for my character in Skyrim. I've got CBBE with Better Females by Bella but it doesn't look as good as I expected (and Eyes of Beuty doesn't work for some reason). Do you know any mods like this?
