I'm trying to make a charm-like spell. How do i remove the bounty that i get if i cast it on someone?

With a mod to create scrolls it would be pretty interesting to see a character using only scrolls. Would anyone know how to go about making it so that casting scrolls gives you experience?

The author said he'd upload it to the site if someone else converted it. I tried but couldn't. Can anyone help me?

If you do what he tells you in this video, the crashes will be almost non-existent.

I have a game-breaking problem. I can't access a lot of the dialogue. For example, everyone in Solitude but Fihada (the guy who sells arrows) won't barter with me. With the court wizzard i have only 2 options "I'd like training in Destruction magic" or "Where can I learn more about magic?". I can't rent a room at the inn or ask for work. The same problem lies in Falkreath. I can't rent a room, barter or start the quest with the Jarl (he sent a letter for me). They are all just standing in the room to the left with the tax dialogue repeated over and over. I can buy property in the hold and that's it. In vanilla none of these issues are there. The modlist is in the attached file, the file in the Mod Organizer profile. Can anyone help me?

Can anyone add a spell that is like Vampiric Drain but like the Firebolt spell? I have looked for one but it seems no one has done this.

I also have SkyRe installed expect the perks, which I get from Perkus Maximus. That's why I need reproccer. In the testing I have done I didn't have almost anything installed. Just the patches and Better Vampires, so the issue isn't there.

UPDATE: I did some testing and disabling the skyrim unofficial patches makes it work... Anyone know of a fix?

Whenever I try to feed on a corpse or combat feed it does nothing. If I sneak feed it will just place me a bit forward bot no animation or effect. If I feed on someone that's sleeping the animation will play but there will be no effect and no red screen. Nothing happens if I drink a potion of blood. Anyone know why? I am also always labeled as hated despite the fact the hate option is disabled.

I haave an issue with everyone attacking me if I turn into a vampire. I am also always fully fed. No matter how much time I wait it will always say "Fully fed vampire". Also, in the Better Vampires menu I am flagged as hated even if I have the help option off. The mods that I have that mess with vampirism are: Better Vampires Custom vampire lord male support (though the issue was before I installed this) Royal Bloodline (also installed after the issue) Vampire ugly face remover Requiem

I usually play Skyrim as an assassin. I am also a fan of roleplay. I like to pretend I am an assassin that was sent to Skyrim by the Aldmeri Dominion to aid in the civil war. However, with the Dark brotherhood/Nightingale/Thieves Guild armour I don't feel like a Thalmor member. So if someone could make an assassin armour, I would be very grateful (I know the title says robes, it was a previous idea I had discarded). I would prefer the mod to be for both genders, Thank you
