Ok so... I've been playing New Vegas a lot lately and there's a problem I don't understand that keeps showing up Here are two screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/4jJXRmE In the first you can see that the reflection is broken, there's a huge chunk missing. In the second you can see the whole reflection, the way it's supposed to look. The first screenshot was taken normally, while the second was taken while the ENBSeries in-game configuration interface was on. For some reason, the problem seems to go away when the interface is on but come back as soon as it's closed. I have no idea what causes this to happen or how to fix it and it's pretty annoying. Does anyone know what this problem might be and/or how to fix it?

You can't do much while swimming, but I thought it would be interesting to be able to do that almost anywhere in the game. I hate water IRL but I love flooded buildings and ruins (they're beautiful) and think the Mojave dungeons (like Vaults and abandoned buildings in general), along with the SM Villa, SM Casino (maybe) and Big MT (hell, flooded Big MT is even canon to an extent) would really benefit from the more mysterious and exotic look that water gives (If you've played SM64 as a kid you know what I'm talking about). There are areas in the game that would work really well with the right water level.
