I am trying to complete the quest the american dream and when it comes to the part where president eden says take the FEV vial i take it and then it still says in my quest list that i have to take the FEV vial and no matter what I do it still remains on the quest list and even when i take the vial to Elder Lyons it will take me to through the dialogue and when im supposed to be talking with the other scribe i am unable to move and i can't see my HUD. What do i have to do??!?!? Please answer, thanks.
