Ghouls spawning ontop of player

Okay so I discovered what the problem. Turns out its from Sim Settlements 2. Specifically when the quest Fishing Expedition fires but stays in limbo (incomplete). For some reason the SS2 team uses the player location for continual ghoul spawns until the quest is finished. Clearly a bug as they need to do a location check to keep the spawns from occurring outside of the glowing sea Atlantic offices. -

I use B.S Defense and Settlement Attacks Beyond. Was using older versions in all my previous playthrough and never had this issue until this current game. In which the only thing that was changed was UI stuff, and adding ECO. I have updated SS2 during this game, but I can't find anything from SS2 that would only cause ghouls to spawn in interior cells or right next to players in settlements after sleeping or waiting. I'll try better console and see if that gives me a clue. Edit: loaded a save at Abernathy Farms where ghouls spawned in the farmhouse after my player slept and used better console. All the ghouls say Fallout4 esm as mod name. Which means its the base game. Even though I have mods that move spawn points to outside the settlements. Loaded up saves at Sanctuary and Virgil's cave where ghouls spawned inside (either after I walked into the new cell or after waiting in a chair). All ghouls say Fallout esm as to where they come from. -
Literally what the title says. All started after going to the glowing sea to find Virgil. Had packs of ghouls spawning and attacking. I don't have a problem with that in the glowing sea. But they spawned/followed me into Virgil's cave. And when I waited/slept new ghouls spawned in the cave entrance. And now when I sleep at any settlement I have ghouls spawning in the settlement and next to me. Have tested multiple times in Sanctuary and Abernathy Farms. Both walled off with turrets on walls too. Had a ghoul spawn right next to me upon sleeping in my player home in Sanctuary. This is a new play through with a new mod list. I switched to the Fallout UI mods and ECO and switched ENB. Thats the only changes I made and my last playthrough was over 70 hours and never had this issue. I am at a loss as to what mod/s could be causing this. I added Settlement Attack Spawns Outside the Settlement and B.S Defense and neither have fixed the issue. Any insight would be great as to what is causing this. Mod list as follows:

Recently started playing Fallout 4 again and I am having a strange lighting issue with interior lights. For starters the only lighting mods I am using are Ultra interior lighting and Ultra exterior lighting and the PRC Legacy enb. Using latest enb 0.428 as well. I get a weird striping and/or grainy shadow on some light sources. Ive tried messing with the enb and nothing seems to change. Any tips as to what may be going on would be great. I just upgraded to a msi 2080 ti gaming x trio gpu. Skyrim won't recognize the gpu and globally sets to graphics to low. I had a evga 1080 sc gpu that worked fine with Skyrim SE. I obviouslycan manually set the graphics and the game loads at a whopping 6fps on ultra settings with this $1300 graphics card. I'm guessing this is either a driver issue or Bethesda may need an update to the game for the new rtx lineup? Anyone have any ideas as to whats going on?

Ive been playing Skyrim SE for months now, using SKSE64. Never have had an issue until today. I played last 12 days ago no problem. Now, when I load Skyrim using skse64 the game instantly minimizes and I am unable to play. Alt+tab won't keep the window open either. I use Avast Premier for firewall and anti virus. It has Skyrim SE on its game list. Ive even tried adding the skse loader too. As a last resort I disabled all shields on Avast, and it didn't work either. I am at a loss as to what has happened. Note: other games work fine. And launching Skyrim SE using the steam launcher (non skse) works as well.

So after turning on mods in a small groups, I discovered that the mod Rigmar of Bruma does not work with Immersive Armors while IA is configuring. -
I finally upgraded to Skyrim SE now that SKSE64 is out and I am having difficulty getting a stable game. Its pretty frustrating when I had twice as many mods on Skyrim LE and it was mostly stable. I have not found which mod, if its a mod, that is causing the ctd. I can get all the way through the starting scripted opening scene but right after my bonds are cut the game crashes. Yeah, tried doing that just now and still get the message saying the DLL file is missing. I don't understand what went wrong. Edit: After reading the error message again it lists the path for the DLL file and it looks wrong? C:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\commom\fallout4\\f4se_1_9_4.dll Why 2 backslash in the pathway?

Long story short I picked up Fallout 4 again after not playing for a month and went to update F4SE 0.03.00 to the latest version. Deleteing everything of the old version and installing a fresh version. Install wise I follow Gopher's install instructions. F4SE then launches not the game but steam (opening the mainpage up). I uninstall and reinstall f4se multiple times with the same result. I verify game cache re install f4se. Now the launcher says I'm missing the 1.9.4 DLL file for f4se, even though its in the game folder with the fallout.exe... This occurs with any version of f4se I try. I am in the middle of reinstalling fallout 4 as a last ditch effort. I"m out of ideas if this doesn't work. Edit: Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, downloaded f4se again and still have the same problem. the f4se launcher keeps saying the 1.9.4 DLL file is missing even though its in the game folder.

[WIPz] Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE)

Been trying to update F4SE, following Gophers instructions and somehow the F4SE launcher keeps opening up Steam. Not the Fallout 4 Launcher but the Steam window (store) itself. This is with F4SE 0.04.01. I had been using F4SE 0.03.00 just fine. Ive tried deleting everything related to F4SE in the Fallout 4 folder, rebooting, running as admin, and redownloading. Nothing seems to work. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyone with insight feel free to chime in. Edit: Verified game cache and still doesn't work. Tried reverting to older versions too. Now I get a message saying "Couldn't find F4SE DLL" error even though the DLL file is in the Fallout 4 folder.- 717 replies

I'm glad it solved your problem, but it doesn't help us who have a legitimate copy installed. its actually worked for me and i have a legitimate copy game (not dlc) so its the dlc crack at fault here Pirating games/DLC is not welcome on the Nexus. Thats a breach of TOS. -
What is my weak link? Mod, Hardware or Ini?

Your using BOSS? That hasn't been updated in a long while and is no longer supported. LOOT is the successor and should be used. -
How did the Better Vampires mod cause that issue? I'm using that same mod and don't have that problem.

Ive been thinking that some of the lyrics written by the band Amon Amarth would make epic sounding songs in Skyrim. Runestones of my memories sounds like a nordic song lyrically as well as the cry of the blackbird. Much more epic than the dragonborn comes...

Mother boards really aren't my thing. I am looking for one that is at least as good as the one I got. I am still holding out I can locate a Gigabyte z68 chipset board so I don't have to change a whole lot driver wise and such.

I have a GA-z68-a-d3 rev. 2 motherboard and one of the PCI-E slots has died. And while I am able to use the second slot, I really don't trust this board to continue working. I am looking for a replacement that doesn't break the bank. I have an I5 2400 cpu @ 3.10GHz

I have an interesting problem. I reset both my Skyrim Prefs and Ini files today wanting to start from scratch. I load up Skyrim and load my save file, and the game ctd. So, I verified the cache on Steam to reset my Prefs and Ini (I thought maybe my backup files were incomplete for some reason), and the game upon loading the save still ctd. I have started a new game and that works fine, just not my old save file. Anyone have any clue as to why a reset in the prefs and ini files would cause a save game file to crash?
