Defaulted the .ini files, even did a full reinstall with no settings touched and the glitch still occurs.

I am having this glitch, using the current Special/Anniversary version, I'm sure I had this glitch like a decade ago but I can't even search this and find the solution now, I'm sure it was something simple enough. Hey, could anyone create a quick mod to add these outfits throughout the FO3/FNV raiders? I'd do it myself but I'm likely to make a mess of it plus I see people do this through NVSE functions nowadays and that seems much cleaner. Thanks guys. (Oh and maybe leave out the Iconoclast set as that would maybe be out of place)

Hey, I was following this mod called Vanilla Armor Overhaul, it was a full Type6M equipment replacer that was being worked on but when I checked on it to see how the creator was doing by using a bookmark I had saved it is just gone and marked as deleted? I don't recall the authors name sadly and I never downloaded the latest version. If anyone had a copy of the mod, let me know, yeah? Thanks all.
